I didn't realize he's such a baby Guess it's that beard / mustache that fooled me. Phil is amazing at 71, they say he's the one with the most energy. Pretty cool he's in the process of building his own TRI like Studio

do they mean 2,800 square feet or 2,800 person capacity? not to specific

It has to be 2800 seats. 2800 Sq. Ft., isn't very big. Personaly, I support Phil and Bobby's projects. It'll mean continued performances,
and a chance for collaberation with other artists. And the "school of rock" thing is interesting. : )
