Missed the tail end of the stream. Wife was starving so we had to hit a diner. Doesn't matter, I'm buying a SBD of this show. Love that NFA sandwich. Overall, the perfect capper to a remarkably strong tour, particularly considering the weather. Is this band special or what?

Wow I'm ever so grateful to be able to catch a show this tour and I'm so glad it was this one! They melted my face off from the very beginning. When they started with the Not Fade Away I knew they were gonna bring it tonight! The Jerry tribute what just what I was looking for! The Mission was amazing! You could tell Bobby was giving it his all to make Jerry proud. It was a real emotional moment. Then ending it with the most rocking Deal I've hear in a while. It defiantly reminded me of a Jerry Band version for sure!

The peak was definitely the Bird Song jamming. It got real intense. The energy was almost unbearable. But that's when it's the best right? Then a really good Terrapin and loved The new twist to china>Ryder. Love when they switch it up! So glad they ended the set with NFA so I could show my love when they left the stage. An amazing band. Amazing musicians! Amazing night!

@neverstop66 and Sunshine Sue ~ My brother almost blacked my eye for saying that I thought Jeff was better than Brent. I was always more of a Keith fan because Keith got the ragtime, but Jeff is far superior IMHO

Bro's still missing Jerry and having a hard time embracing Furthur. I played him a couple of different examples of Jeff and John tearing it upand slowly he is coming around.
He's now even willing to go to The Cuthbert shows w/me (if he can find a babysitter)

I am so happy with this combination of musicians, every time I listen to a show(especially from this year) I have to pinch myself, because I almost can't believe it's real.
... And I haven't smiled this much in a VERY long time!!

this is a debate that has been receiving a lot more attention this year...brent and jeff are obviously two completely different types of musicians but have both been called to play the same music....i think as far as technical skills go, jeff has the upperhand, his jazz background really promotes this...now, that is not to downplay anything brent did because he was fantastic as well, just trained a little differently....the one obvious thing brent has the upperhand on is vocals...they cannot be replicated....brent fueled jerry and their interplay was truly something else...jeff and john have begun to do the same thing but sometimes it seems really forced...they do a lot of lick trading, i hope they can get it to a level where they are both very comfortable and letting it naturally flow

I just want to thank all the Phans and the Band for six incredible and memorable nights of peace and music. The NYS Police can kiss my ass though...as yet again I was pulled over after a show and for no reason, ticketed for following the car in front too close. Last night I had the best show of my life.
I don't keep records, but Ive seen more than a few since 1988. Last night was my best. My 4 month old daughter Scarlet Fire and I danced and laughed and danced some more on the lawn on a hot night in Georgia, and it was Heaven. I got as high as I have ever been in my life last night, during bird song. Scarlet and I were laying on our blanket together, and I experienced the Divine. Before it was over, I actually wondered who it was that dosed me. No lie. I wasn't upset, just curious as to who had slipped it by me. It lasted for the entire bird song. As I came back, the sounds of Terrapin re-grounded me, but wow, what an incredible ride. A big thanks to all of you, for doing what you do to make these experiences happen. The crowd in GA was as good as it gets.

I'm so thankful Terrapin came on even tho I was riding it hard. It's Furthur that does it. They create that intense feeling. I had it happen to me at a prior show of theirs. But really its Furthur feeding off the crowd when it gets that intense. The St. Louis show is when I felt it one other time. Seen them after and haven't experienced it since Alpharetta! You don't need to take anything for the mind before one of their shows. They provide it! But maybe a drink or puff or two wouldn't hurt They just keep getting better and better each time I see them!
