Geez Louise I had Quinn on the encore for weeks ...
I went walkin' out last summer
Tryin' to find a breath of air
I went walkin' on the mountain
A friend had told me I'd find you there

Damn! All day I tried to talk myself into picking this for encore. Go figure.
I can't come down, it's plain to see.
I can't come down, I've been set free.
Who you are, and what you do,
don't make no difference to me.

When folks are not talking about themselves

Bobby has admitted that in the early years of Ratdog, after Jerry died, he really didn't want to do anything but stay on the road. He's a musician's musician and touring was therapeutic. As a result, though, he played a lot of clubs and party pits, where the objective for most fans was just to get wasted. Anybody see any of the Ratdog shows at the Electric Factory, for instance? There's a reason Tequila figured so prominently in the sets. The party animals could relate. And they're obviously still out there.

All I can think about at the moment, is how many songs I almost picked.
That was a frustrating show, from a fantasy game point of view.
I can't come down, it's plain to see.
I can't come down, I've been set free.
Who you are, and what you do,
don't make no difference to me.
