My two cents: Strong first set. The second set started off a little tentatively but it turned into a monster.
I also think that the jam in Cassidy and that Other One actually charted some new spaces for Furthur. Nice to see the band is still evolving.
That Cassidy jam was definitely the high point for me!
Definitely something special about it."Got any nails?"

Woohoo! Great night.
I must say the standout of the night for me was Rider, separate from the China. The jams were mindblowing
Cassidy was also an epic tune. Started reading On The Road a couple day ago so hearing the song was a treatLast Edit: 4 months, 3 weeks ago by OZA.-

Great show last night, off to a sweet start with Not Fade Away, nice surpise at the end to see it was a NFA sandwich, thought they might be going into Good Lovin' there the second time. High energy throughout the show, kept me dancing, particularly during the Cumberland. Great crowd outside and in, everybody excited for the run, full house by the start of the second set, nobody left in the park across the street, somebody kicked down with the tickets, scalpers? letting 'em go for $20, or something, packed inside for second set opener. Hope everybody could hear and feel the love from the crowd, some powerful yelling going on. Love it so much. Dancing behind the sound board lots of fun. Getting ready to head in soon, absolutely beautiful weather, blue skies and sunny.-

First night was so much fun. I was wondering when they were going to open with NFA. What a treat. First set I was on the floor, second set I was on the balcony (I bought a poster, didn't want it to be ruined). I actually thought the sound was significantly better on thebalcony, I think that's where I will be tonight and the next night. Also the view is unobstructed. The second set is where the highlights of the show were for me. #1 being The Other One, especially the keyboard/synth jam in the middle of it. sooo funky. Eyes was a close second. Such high energy.Sure don't know, what I'm goin' for, but I'm gonna go for it for sure. -
