From my perspective, the "very special guest" is written as singular, so I am fairly certain. There was great love expressed at TXR when Stanley Jordan sat in for a couple of shows (about a month after playing with Phil at Princeton). I believe that Phil recognizes the specialness and wants to share the love, music, and magic with the people in New York City.

Me and some other people were hanging out with Stanley after the show. What a quiet, modest sweet man. He will be there all three nights, straight from his lips to my ears.

Last night's show practically started on time. The breaks were short, about 20 minutes between sets 1 and 2, and just two or three minutes longer between sets 2 and 3. There appears to be an 11:30 curfew that was slightly exceeded last night.

I was at last nights show and it was quite the time. Thought it strange though that they went to the trouble of announcing that the shows were going to be "3 sets for the city that never sleeps" only to play almost the length of normal show broken in to 3 segments and still getting out before midnight, I was hoping to be dancing til 2 in the morning! The fact that there is an 11:30 curfew at a music venue in NYC is something in itself. Phil also said last night before second set that Stanley was supposed to come out for the 2nd set but never did and then finally he did for the third, wonder if he will be there for longer tonight?

Yes, I heard some of the streams from TXR. Stanley certainly adds something very wonderful and unique. very psyched to see him tomorrow.

Having Stanley Jordan sitting in will help make up for not having Jeff there tonight. Adam certainly is capable enough on keys, but he's not Jeff.
