Yeah i must have fallen asleep a few minutes after the Inspiration line in Terrapin, with my headphones on. The Bertha jarred me awake, so i jammed to and fell right back asleep. Missed Wharf and Touch, but i think im safe to say this show smoked

But I thought west coast shows were lackluster?

best looking setlist so far.
very fresh lookin

i have a friend(cute female with dreads) that missed this show casue she coulded fig. out how to get off the bypass thingy that goes around seatle. said she drove around it(day of show) for 3 hours, kept getttin caught in traffic and unable to exit, finally called me and said she was sayin fuk it and heading to edgefield.
shes real sweet, and travelin on love and watnot, so if yall see a lone hippy chick with butt long blonde dreads, give her a your xtras, hotel space, etc. like this is gonna be hard for achick, but i swear i get more poor me phone calls from this chick than any homely girls ive ever known. i think homely grrls just take lifes shit better. cute girls are used to being rescued.
anyway, i am hestitant to post her name, but she will be doin most of the tour(if she can find the exit).
ok, i just remembered her nickname, its
Padmae(pronounced pod may) probably spelled wrong, i think its budhist or sumptin. so if you see her, say are you podmay and if shes like yeah who the hell are you, tell her joe says hi, and give her a hug cause im sure she will be needing one.
maybe ill se you fuktards in santa barbra. barbra is my aunts name.

Was in the bleachers last night and surprised by the venue's good acoustics.

The band was right on form, as everyone has pointed out.

But I thought a lot of the audience seemed tired. Too much work and too little play.

Jeff Chimenti's keyboard work really added energy, and the drumming and timekeeping were exceptional, and Phil worked closely with Russo, while JK synchronized with Bobby.

Jeff was surrounded on the left by walls of keyboards, and his hair was bobbing around as he played.

Was hard to hear Sunshine and Jeff Pehrson, and perhaps they don't need to be hidden at the back for the whole show.

The crowd reacted most to Jack Straw and perhaps also Cosmic Charlie, Little Light and Candyman, and of course Bertha shook everyone up, as a crowd ran out onto the floor to dance to Bertha.

The whole Terrapin suite was another elevated category of its own, and the crowd at the front had its arms in the air waving and singing along.

The Eleven was fantasic, such an interesting beat, and the swirling spotlights were nicely synchronized.

Was so inspirational that I think I should head to the woodshed and practice up some of those tunes!

I had thought earlier in the week that if/when Furthur busted out "Victim or the Crime," the gig was almost up.

I don't know why. But it has happened.

Now I post about it, for no real reason except to share my thoughts.

Don't hurt me.

Terrible song. Do not know which is worse Victim or Picasso. Both tremendous piss break songs.
