I'll try to post the Saturday show from TXR. My computer has limited processing abilities and tends to crash when I have several windows open. Streams seem to slow things down even more. This Furthur site also seems to use a lot of my processor's capacity. During spring tour, limited processor abilities made it difficult to participate on this site while listening to TaperRob. Like I said, I'll try, but if someone is willing to relieve me if I 'm unable to complete my duties, then I'm in for One More Saturday Night.

Ok, I fully understand about the bandwidth issues. I've had to opt out of the Hi Def video streams, but was able to handle
most of the audio streams, and still post. It's mostly about connection speed. But maybe you could try a different browser?
I'll sign you up for that show. I will be out that night, but I'm sure somebody will be here to help. Remember, the main thing
is, we need to end up with a whole setlist at the end of the night. Doesn't have to be real quick or fancy. Thanks.

The set list updates from Terrapin Crossroads can be harder to come, especially during the event, since there are a lot less people there at the shows. But I will do my best for tomorrow night and still hoping for a webcast or at least a stream.

On another note, Dickie Betts is playing elsewhere in San Rafael on the 30th. He'd be a fun special guest at the TXR Furthur shows or maybe a part of a Sunday night bar show...

You can get setlist updates from several sites. Twitter tends to be the quickest, but not the most reliable. And, you don't
have to sign up for anything to get the twitter updates. Otherwise, you can get updates at Ratdog.org, or PhilZone.

I am fine with that, just wondering if we do get streamers, what the sound quality will be like at an outdoor show compared to the Beacon, Wang, Terrapin, anyone have any past experience with outdoor streaming ? Was there a Wanee stream in April ?

Yes there was a Wanee stream both nights in April. First night was a phone stream but great quality and the second night Sirius broadcasted live.

I've only streamed one out door show so far and that was WRG back in May and after listening to it. I do think the quality came out better compared to any of my indoor show streams.
