Saw Jackie with Phil and Friends in 08... Seeing him solo open up for Railroad Earth in May!

yeah jackie has been opening many of shows for the boys over the years. i really enjoyed the show in vegas when he opened up for ratdog. great sit ins on the new years shows and another great one in columbus. hes pretty damn good. and doesnt act too good towards people. me and my wifee had the experience of meeting him and having a short conv. in columbus. pretty gnarly dude if you ask me.

Jackie is awesome. Seen him a bunch with PL+F for the Nokia runs in 07 and 08 and solo at the last 3 Mt. Jams. This photo was taken at the Villa Vosilla - hotel down the road from Mt. Jam.

Had a great conversation about, among other things, playing with Phil. He was super cool and real easy to talk to. There was a cover band playing for free, as is the custom at the Villa Vosilla and shortly after he picked up his ax and played 5 songs with them. It was lots of fun for the 30 of us watching the show.

He is playing at Brooklyn Bowl May 5. See you there.
