I don't know if she has any affiliation with The Dead other than playing this song, but one of my favorites is Adrienne Youngs version of "Brokedown Palace". It gave me goose bumps the first time I heard it and still does to this day. A beutiful song, preformed beutifully by a beutiful woman. I beleive it is off her album "The Art of Virtue" by Adrianne Yong and Little Sadie. I hope this video works, still trying to figure stuff out.

Chris Robinson Brotherhood does a good version of "They Love Each Other". They also do a really nice version of "Viola Lee Blues", but they don't play it any more.

Mother Hips does a very nice version of "Easy Wind".

Yonder Mountain String Band does excellent versions of "Reuben & Cherise", "Morning Dew" and "Althea".

David Nelson Band does great versions of "Box of Rain", "Stella Blue", "Wheel", "Friend of the Devil", "Deep Elem Blues" and "Cumberland Blues".

Cool stuff so far. I was just told about a version of "Ship of Fools" done by Elvis Costello. Supposed to be really good. I'm at work so its a quick post w/o vid but I hope to find some more.
