- IQ, I'll be hanging by my mic stand and recording gear near the soundboard during the show, how do I recognize you? I'm definitely taping so my lossless recording will go up on the archive after editing/tracking...

Big IF I can get a signal with enough bandwidth I'll get a stream out but I don't remember if it's doable from this venue. Need wi-fi or a tether to a phone to get a live stream out.

went to DSO at the westcott last nite 11/25 (also kings birthday) there were four of us.
the good- reasonable priced beers- 3,4 or 5 $ choices Five to choose from on draft and also cans and bottles of the usuals available.
Got to meet DigiGirl and onegoodhand- they seamed to have a good time too!
the bad- well the place is a shit hole! the restroom has three stalls for the ladies and the floor hasnt seen a mop or broom in god knows how long- common people a little clorox goes a long way - so gross!! lets just say at set break i peed outside by the car- wasnt going back in that bathroom!!!!!
when this place isnt packed it is good- but when it is packed(it was) it sucks- we saw 2 people carried out! very hot and elbow to elbow- some were nice- some were so rude- no excuse me and just trying to get where they were going and who cares if you bump people and spill beer on them or whatever- grow up and get some friggin mannors! end rant
the show was great from the music end- the highlights for me were mississippi 1/2 step (1st set) and jack straw and 2nd set my fav was EYES!! the johnny b goode at the almost end was SMOKIN'!!!!! and speaking of smoking during let it grow i swear they were pumping in the sent of awesome weed & lights were all green! it was smellovision or something!
they started at 8 sharp and played to midnight! it is hard to stand for that long even when your dancing thru most of it!
this was the kings birthday and he had a great time - his bro and friend were with us- both DSO rookies and they had a great time as well. i will say that the king had to ask people behind us to please be quiet so he could hear the show- really so RUDE!
