Thanks for the Ogden Theatre vids!! My favorite indoor venue!

So I finally pulled the trigger for the 2 days of MHB at The Mish. It was a rough decision between Mickey, Ned Fest (with JGB, Jimmy Herring Band, Los Lobos, Kyle Hollingsworth/Steve Kimock/Keller, etc.) or Kinfolk Celebration (with YMSB, Greensky Bluegrass and Todd Snider) all happening on the same weekend

Man, that's a lot of great music. Sounds like the Mish is a beautiful place to see a show. I would love that. Have fun.

Hoxeyville Music Festival, Wellston, MI 8/19/12

Wish I could find the set lists from this weekend to post here. Wow, crazy couple of nights.

I'll just say opening Friday night with Scarlet Fire was such an intense vibe. Damn I'll never forget that. It was great to be inside the Mish, I was so worried that it was going to burn down earlier this summer. What a weekend, Thanks Mickey!!!

There's a dragon with matches that's loose on the town, takes a whole pail of water to just cool him down

I'll be catching Mickey next week in Philly. VERY glad he finally booked a date here. That new disc has been one of my major albums this summer.
