wow cool line up and i really enjoy the smell of fresh lilacs my mom had lillac bushs in front of our house when i was young.i heard rochester has gotten sketchy is this true?hate to come up and get car broken into or worse.or is like everywhere else certain areas are bad the rest fine?

The nieghborhood where the Festival is held, is pretty good. I've been going for years, and never had a problem. It's definitely
worth it. The food and music, is top notch. As well as award winning Lilacs.
