Hmm Broomfield & Red Rocks last year, Washington State, Oregon, LA and the Bay Area on multiple occasions last year. Vegas, Iowa, Chicago, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, St. Louis. Yup...they only play the East Coast.

It's not the East's fault there's more people and heads willing to support multiple visits per year, with population centers closer together that are tour friendly.

Same as it ever was.
