I second that emotion! My dad was a veteran of WWII (101st in the South Pacific) Both of my parents had brothers named Jack who were part of the D-Day invasion and died 9 days apart. Guess what my name is? Their sacrifice echoes for generations. I also have a very close friend whose son is soon to be deployed to Afghanistan. I'm as anti-war as person needs to be, but I still respect and appreciate the service of all our veterans past, present, and future.
