i think the weirdness factor declines with the usage of psychedelics im sure they aint using anymore so ya get what ya get.i think(my opinion) the set lists are to estimate the time onstage union wages aint cheap and if they go past the alloted time its big bucks,plus the trucks have to be packed and moved to the next show often the next night doesnt really allow for free form jamming till the wee hours.I do like the jams of old ,thank god for the archive

I think sat RCMH had a lot more jams than sun but both were amazing shows. As for WBOTB most people around me didn't know the song so they didn't appreciate what they were wittnessing

the best way to take it FURTHUR would be to search for the sound that the grateful dead had at their best.
It's the clarity, simplicity, beauty, and weeeirrdnes that we love.

no offense but they aint the grateful dead they are a band that plays dead covers and other cover songs ,i could do with less beatles but thats what they feel like jamming,ya know keeping it weird and improvising.ya cant please everybody thats for sure

This tour will be one to remember. Keep it weird if you please. It suits me just fine. I waited a long time to hear these tunes, just keep the weirdness commin'. Remember kids when the goin' gets weird, the weird turn pro. Gotta try to see a lot more Furthur!
