Yes, Having her alive and well helped Jerry cope with the loss of Rainbow and Rex.
He was so happy when Wally Ingram wrote to say Lydia wanted to breed one of their puppies that they got from us on Harvest tour and give Jerry pick of the litter when we are ready for that.
Abby is loving getting to school Mike and Beth's young labardors while we are watching over things for them.
Beth and Erica gave me some nice clothes to start a new wardrobe:)

I am so sorry you lost your 2 other dogs but glad you have abby .She looks a little scared iin the pics I pray she recovers from this a well as you seem to be handling things, you have a great spirit .My best to you and your family .

We left Mike's shortly after my last post on this thread

We went back to the hotel in Paradise to move forward with meeting with people about the house

It took longer than we thought it would

We are back on the coast now and it nice to have the salvaging of personal items from the house done
I wont have to go back inside it now until after it is cleaned

I wanted to see my WSP friends in the Bay area, so we took a longer way back home.




Tim wrote during this time, offering to help with the house when the time came, thanks Tim
And Bilbo too
And everyone who has written or thought kind thoughts

I didn't have time to meet with Tim, but Rick and Beth filled us in on Panic NYE and we related our Furthur NYE experience with them




I always feel comfortable around them, I really loved how they opened their home to us during Thanksgiving

I picked up more clothes and they did what they could to make me smile

We went back to Stirling City from there



We stopped in to say hello to Charlotte



A neighbor had just finished this piece



We were back and forth from Stirling to Paradise for awhile dealing with the aftermath of the fire and watching the dogs







The dogs loved playing in the snow next to our house

I had a great birthday thanks to all the happy birthday wishes from my friends here and from other the DNB family and even warm wishes from my blood family
I really loved my birthday thread, I want to say again how happy ya'll made me
And then there were the lovely Furthur streams that I caught every night from Sweetwater
And all the well wishes from my friends in Hawaii on DNB tour..
Then it was time to leave
Finally we could get back to the coast

As kind as the hotel people were, it was a relief to be going
