Vibes should be quite the hoot this year.

Forget the camping area - waay too large.
I say on the beach right behind the stage - all 4 days.
Vibes - where you can cool yer feet in The Ocean and still groove to the music.

My real name is Kat and I'm sometimes from Chicago and sometimes from Buffalo, but mostly from the star called Aldebaran.
. It's cool to be here, it seems like a really nice place already. It's been a while since I posted regularly on any forum, so I feel a little rusty.

I'm glad to be a part of this community. I've been around since '85, took some time off after Jerry died but started seeing Phil and Friends and DSO around 2000. I got sober in 2006....didn't know if I could merge my new life with the old. It started on archive.org, listening to the shows alone at my desk with headphones, and I was transported again, just like those early years for me in 85 and 86. Then FURTHUR at the Mann Center last summer and.....with no help from old substances, just a little coffee....the music took my breath away and moved me and transformed me. I met with the Wharf Rats...sober heads at shows...and felt a part of again. This band, right now, is playing some of the best music I've ever heard, and its no disrespect to past. This music and this community of people that contines to be born around it, feed my spiritual needs....and it's also just good plain old fun. Thanks for everything, keep on keeping on.
