the spam is absolutely out of control. captcha or whatever, this should be solved. it is embarrassing how overrun things get with fake users and fake messageswho else is gonna bring you, a broken arrow?-

^ absolutely, this is the only message board I've ever seen where the spam seems uncontrollable
there has to be something that can be done besides 'deleting the spam stuff when the moderators get around to it' .... some message boards only allow users to make new threads after posting X amount of times in other threads, something like this may help? ... there has to be some programs out there to help prevent this spam
also I imagine there has to be a way to delete the IP address of the spammer and not just the name/threads..... half the time the spam threads don't even get deleted and then new users just keep bumping those threads and making tons of new ones.-

we were hit with 8 SPAM threads overnight. looks so wonderful on the front page of the forum, a bunch of fake messages. i don't know how this place generates new sign ups...who else is gonna bring you, a broken arrow?-

Somehow new threads are self-generating. Quoting the thread "favorite furthur posters" created a new thread "re: favorite furthur posters." Another 2 new threads were begun by repeating the process.
I received this message:
Fatal error: Class 'KunenaForumMessageHelper' not found in /home/furthur/public_html/plugins/system/forum_protection.php on line 97

This seems to be happening on multiple threads. A fix would be very much appreciated. Wonder if it will duplicate this one??
Add- nope, didn't duplicate this one, but has duplicated both older and newer threads.
