Can anyone tell me what that icon is or means?

And when you have posted and want to return to general discussion topics are you clicking the back button or General discussion text at the top of the page? I'm looking for a faster(slooooww) navigating route.

Appears on threads that haven't yet been "answered".

And the BACK button is no faster.

Nor is the "latest post" or whatever button.

Been a while since I've needed something to read while pages load:(
