the lazy river rd tempo on this is remarkable. Same thing goes for the song altheA. Both, mostly played slow...are at thier best with a slight pump up tempo from Phil. Lazy river is great slow too with the greaT harmonies from bobby and whom ever else...but althea , to me, was played so many times as such a slow and remarkably boring jam not to its true standards. Althea up beat is hands down better than all those dragged out 79-82 era. but essau was played often so id take them years over any if i culd coose. I only saw the band play once . - but his birthwright wasa wan to wave, before some weary ban- essau gave me sleeplissness and a peace a moral Land.
but i digress,
and say this lazy river does sparkle so hard. goes so damn hard.
