I always thought it would be cool to see one of my favorite bands in Europe. So I guess I'd love to travel back in time and see the Dead play anywhere in Europe.

From Dark Star>Rider the most awe inspiring, make the back of the hairs on your head stand at attention, ROCKING segeu (sp?) of live music these ears have ever heard. If you haven't heard it go seek it... not sure its on archive or not... had the "tape" yes tape for 25 years or so...I always saved it for ahem "special occasions" take my advice & report back... its that good... never got hold of set one except for Cumberland Cold Jordan.... oh and the NFA Easy wind doesn't suck either

I'm thinking Woodstock, not necessarily for the quality of the show but to experience the whole scene. And now we all know not to eat anything brown (not that I would eat anything like that)

Tough question, but for today, I'm for Egypt as well. To see a Dead show next to the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx would be incredible!

I'd start in February '68 and stop at the end of the spring tour in '90.

9-28-1975 in Goldengate park would be fun.

Check this one out, its a pretty amazing show, and apparently the guys were tripping their balls off on stage.

Music Never Stopped, Must Have Been the Roses, and Truckin' stand out to me.
