Rosemary - Hunter/Garcia

Boots were made of leather.
A breath of cologne.
Her mirror was a window.
She sat quite alone.

All around her,
the garden grew
scarlet and purple
and crimson and blue.

She came and she went
and at last went away.
The garden was sealed
when the flowers decayed.

On the wall of the garden
a legend did say:
No one may come here,
since no one may stay.
I can't come down, it's plain to see.
I can't come down, I've been set free.
Who you are, and what you do,
don't make no difference to me.

Any other times they have done this?
The only Spectrum show I attended they played Morning Dew out of space and walked off stage, supposedly related to a current event. I think the Speedway breakout in Oaktown (I was at that one, too) to close a 1st set was current event related. Then there was that Dance or Die benefit...

There's an unsubstantiated story of it being played once. 12/07/68, Bellarmine college, Louisville Ky. According to the reports,
Jerry sung it. It's on Aoxomoxoa.
