How come no-one I know was able to get shoreline tickets at 9:00 california time? The scalper agencies like Stubhub had them immediately -- maybe you should change your system so deadheads can get the tickets without paying scalpers?

I was able to get Friday tickets in the lower reserved section right at 9am, but they were pretty far back in that section.

yep. Everyone's experience was pretty much the same. I got barred. Lawn? Are you kidding me. Shoreline hold 20K people, and heads got shut out. Lame, lame, lame. Not the band's fault but let's all let them know so a positive change can happen
