I'm guessing it was sarcasm. I took it as 'hey these rumors are kinda like the end-of-the-world predictions. They come and go but nothing changes.

I can't see Phil hanging it up right now. I saw all five Tower shows in March and he was Totally on top of his game.

Fore sure. He is one of, if not THE, most energetic member of the band. I can only hope I am that lively and inspired when I am 71. Thank you Phil.
