If they lower the price they would get younger people. I am telling you, play colleges. Charge 30 bucks and a new generation will be born. This bullshit of 60-80 bucks a ticket to see them is way way overpriced.

It costs a lot for a band like Furthur to go on the road. There's a lot of overhead.....musicians, production, travel/accomodations, web sites w/ forums, etc.

A few shows played for charity and goodwill might go a long way towards restoring that loving feeling....

Well, the Brooklyn Bowl show we were wondering about, has been announced. Phil Lesh, and the Terrapin Family Band,
will play the Brooklyn Bowl, on thursday, 11/14. Tickets go on sale monday at noon on the Brooklyn Bowl website.
I can't come down, it's plain to see.
I can't come down, I've been set free.
Who you are, and what you do,
don't make no difference to me.

I'm really looking forward to Lockn next year because now that Phil will be there and John K and Joe R are close Phriends and Ratdog will most likely be there. I would say with all the cross band sit-ins that went on last year there will be a decent chance for a semi Furthur reunion.
