Talk about great customer service: I just got a call back from the nice guy at Cloud 9 that I talked to this morning. He'd looked up my reservation to make sure I got the room I'd hoped for, and called to make sure I knew I was all set and see if there was anything else he could help with. Now that's exactly how I like to be treated, what a great company!!
FYI, we will be able to book excursions ahead of time, but not until closer to January, since the resort is still in the middle of switching over to a Hard Rock venue. If you're looking for me, I'll be out snorkeling all day, every day down there!!
