i was listening to the dead in my car (id call that a standard day in the office) and i was lugging around my buddy kenny (punk kid)
he complained that el paso was too long being over 4 minutes and whatnot. Needless to say the next song i put on was a 25 minute version of turn on your love light followed by a 15 minute the eleven followed by a 20 minute darkstar.

he wont be complaining about 4 minute songs anymore

My wife is like that. She hates songs over four minutes.

You know what they say, you're either on the bus or off. I love the long rides.

When they come real close to home I take the whole family and my youngest brother is into rap n stuff but he don't mind being there (we can't just leave him home either - I always pay for everyone) but anyway..... the first time he went to a Dead related show was Ratdog in Bridgeport, CT 11/09/08 (great show). I couldn't get 5 seats together so I had to do 2 and 3 and my youngest brother was sitting with my mom and dad so I didn't hear this but my mom said after like 15 or more minutes he says "is this still the same song?" ..... they opened with Jam/Help/Slip
