Volunteer at the Inaugural Interlocken Music Festival~

Head to www.workexchangeteam.com\\Interlocken and fill out your application to volunteer at the Inaugural Interlocken Music Festival! This is the first step in securing your spot! In exchange for your work, you will receive a festival pass, camping, a T-shirt (supplies limiting) and a great behind-the-scenes experience! PLUS, work around your top performance (a.k.a - you won\'t have to miss your favorite music!!).
A nonrefundable application fee of $15.00 must be paid prior to accessing your application. You can check your acceptance status in your My Events on the wet website.
Deposits are LIVE NOW!! In order to secure your volunteer spot, you will be required to put down a refundable deposit of $330 (only Credit Cards are accepted). This deposit is completely refundable (see cancellation schedule below) - we will process refunds within 3 weeks after Interlocken Music Festival 2013. As long as you have successfully completed your work obligation and satisfied the rules and regulation of WET and Interlocken, you will be refunded!
Working With Friends You will be able to use the Facebook messaging plug in to request to work with your friends only once you and your friends have submitted their deposits.Read the Interlocken Event FAQ accessible when you are logged in to your WET account for all information regarding volunteering at Interlocken!
WET Credentials: (VPL - Volunteer Performance Level)
You\'ve been working hard out there - what do you get?!? As you know, each of your work shifts is graded by your shift supervisor. These grades affect whether or not we accept you to volunteer at an event, and also gain you Stars for superb work performance! You can earn up to 1 star per shift, and if you earn 5 stars you move up a Credential Level! Your Creds are your work credibility, and the higher your credibility, the better! We will be using Credential Levels to select Pre and Post Festival volunteers, to assign shifts that require more responsibility and management, and more.
General Admission 0 - 4 stars
Staff 5 - 9 stars
Crew 10 - 14 stars
Backstage Pass 15 - 19 stars
All Access 20+ stars
Deposit Cancellation Schedule
If you cancel anytime BEFORE Sunday,August 18th 11:59PM EST, you will receive your entire deposit back - $330.00
Applicable Cancellation Fees
Cancelling anytime after Sunday,August 18th 11:59PM EST will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancelling anytime after Sunday,August 25th 11:59PM EST will result in a $75 cancellation fee.
Cancelling anytime after Sunday, Septeber 1st 11:59PM EST will result in the loss of the full deposit.

PreFest & PostFest Work
Those selected for Pre/Post festival will be notified by email. If you do not receive an email notification, you are a General Volunteer. Shifts are up to 12 hours in length per day. Priority for PreFestival shifts is given to volunteers that have higher Credenial Levels (VPL) due to good performance ratings on past shifts (i.e. Stars!!). Selection for Pre and Post Fest is on a first-deposit-in-highest- VPL basis, and could be completed as late as 3 weeks out from the event. Being on Pre or Post Festival means extended camping, and requires that you prepare for 3-4 days without vendors, volunteers must bring enough food and provisions for this time period.
Pre-Festival - Work Monday, September 2nd through Wednesday, September 4th (3 days) A small boxed lunch MAY be provided - it is recommended to bring a snack to work each day.
Post-Festival – Work Monday September 9th - Tuesday September 10th. A small boxed lunch MAY be provided - it is recommended to bring a snack to work each day
