March 26th, 1990. Knickerbocker arena, Albany N.Y. The last time "Built to last" was played by the GD.
And, I was there.

'Twas at this one. Imagine the immaculate lawns of the Aladdin casino with dead heads everywhere freaking freely.
Inside the casino there were phones you could pick up and page people. Naturally someone was paging Jerry.
I got kicked out of the casino for not having any shoes on.

The show was really good, as you might guess from the set list. First time I ever heard Touch, and the line We will get by
struck me, as if it was about ALL of us trying to get through those early years of the 80's when the Dead and it's scene
were very much considered something of the past. Little did THEY know.

That early spring tour in 73 was so awesome. Monster 1st sets and 4 some hour long shows?? Killer stuff man...
