PCP in MODERATION???!!! There's no such thing! Just because you didn't flip out yet,it just takes once on PCP to not be able to discern what's real and what's not. Having been in the scene for 40 years and a medical person who has helped many an overcome person, on various substances I can say the most dangerous for not being able to judge what your doing while high on it is in my opinion PCP."
