Feel like you would of had more ambition? Shut up fieldman and take a hit, for god sakes its medicine, its a plant for god sakes.
If you smoked crack your whole life you could say you regret not making a better go at life yada yada yada....but ganja?
I'm going to go pack my apple right now and get my mind right-- i actually am WAY more productive on weed. If my parents made me smoke a bowl before high school everyday I would have been a goddamn genius by now!! Instead i was given ridilin like a fucking guini pig at a remote lab in the hills ofOslow Norway. See, i haven't smoked and im talking crazy giibberish.

Now as far as performane, yeah its ok, but i rather perform completely sober, just my preference. And if i was a brain or heart specialist i wouldnt smoke before surgery. But all these jobs it would be fine. Park ranger, mailman, substitute teacher, landscaper, plumber, cook, cocktail waiter, driver of monorail in disney, music shop worker, proff. fisherman, snowboarding guru, etc. Pick one fieldman and light up son - and stop worrying about the what if s and has beens....lol
And listen to this band on the way to and from work...!!!

Nawwww man. Herb doesnt make people lazy. Lazy people jus use it as an excuse. I used to smoke everyday right before i went to school to takes tests n whatnot, n i'd get A's evertime ( spare me the scoffs, lol) Ive also found that when i smoke when im studying or tryin to learn anything, then cant remember something, i jus smoke again, and it all floods back. I think there mus b a study out there on it. Marijuana memory.

The only ways in which herb negatively affects my life,(and these are smalll things) is the need to eat ben n jerrys cinnamon bun icecream. And second is ill walk in to a room to look for something, forget what im looking for, remember, continue looking, forget what i came in to look for, and so on n so forth.

Bout to WakeNBake and play Call O Duty

P.S. If you dont like my fire dont come around cus im gonna burn one doowwn

P.P.S. Please smite,Please smite, Please Smite

P.P.P.S. Anyone got any recomendations for recent furthur shows? Jus downloaded 3/19 3/20 towertheatre PA, and downloaded 3/15 phils bdayshow, and 4/6 BocaRaton

P.P.P.P.S. Lets find CantFindMyFace a face. Anybody got any great ideas for an avatar

Since you asked, here's my experience with it. I was also a wake and baker for 30 years. I know that I would have had more ambition, been more successful and happier had I been able to use pot occasionally or not at all. What I found out about myself, however, is that it was all or nothing. I couldn't moderate my consumption of any drug, including alcohol. I've been clean and sober for the past three years and they've been the best years of my life. When I was an active pot-head, I thought it was harmless and that in fact it made me a better person, smarter, etc. I realize now that my thinking was impaired.

I have nothing against marijuana or pot smokers and I think it should be legalized. I'm just saying that in my personal experience, long term chronic all day weed smoking harmed me. Everyone needs to make their own decisions regarding these issues. The good news is that for those of us that have decided we are better off clean and sober, we have the Wharf Rats at every show!!!

I recently met the guy who started Wharf Rats back in the 80's and he said he once asked Phil what he thought of us. Phil said
that he knew the Wharf Rats save lives and that the band supported us being at every show. For this I am Grateful!!!!

I have to say in my experience that cannabis is the perfect medicine....it's a one size fits all. Not everyone has the same experience though there are some similarities with everyone. For me, when i was so stressed because my hubby was gone all the time due to his job and the entire household, kids, every thing was on me....it helped me turn off my mind and relax and shut down. For my hubby, it helped him focus to do his computer work, it helped him eat because of the ulcer he had and it helped him work out to strengthen his back by giving him energy.
Unfortunately, the pharma co's are finally getting in on it and Novartis pharmaceutical is selling Sativex for GW pharma out of the uk. On April 20th they got the patent approved for the US. Sativex is indicated for Multiple Sclerosis and inflammatory disease. its a spray for under the tongue and the thc content is far less than if you were to smoke it.

Good for you. I think pothead420 needs to understand this lesson. Pot's not for everyone and he/they need to stop painting a picture where it is. I smoke occassionaly... I like wake and bakes when I can because I really get my heart racing on pot (I have graves disease so my heart without meds is easily 130 at rest) so smoking pot at night means I can't sleep. So smoking earlier on is the best solution unless I want a sleepless night.

Also, pot does seem to stop a user from learning new things and blocks out a lot of the information we recieve- this is why musicians like it- it allows them to block out the noise and really focus on the music. And that's why kids under 18 should not be using it.

But a good toke now and then sure makes me happy....

im 24 i have been getting stoned silly for 12 years now---pot has definitely held me back a little mainly academically and socially---when i smoke too much i can see it and feel like a moron because it's barely doing it, and i am smoking medical product...it is so much better when used occasionally, makes things like working, being around spouse/family, and driving a lot easier, and the high you will get later that night is way more enjoyable than the third high of the day that lasts 20-30 minutes...i kind of realized that overusing pot is really a sign of something deeper...

and might i say, volcano's all the way folks! inhale the difference!

you can't tell someone to believe what i or any of the others are saying, it's one of those things you just have to let them find out on their own when THEIR time comes...
who else is gonna bring you, a broken arrow?
