Who's to say he's not going to keep the strain, and what quality is it to begin with? Who could stop someone from selling another strain and calling Jerry Garcia Kush?

It doesn't even sound like he is selling an actual strain-- just a strain name. Pretty lame in my opinion.
I'm not sure how this cat thinks he can trademark something with Jerry Garcia's name in it. I would assume that Jerry's estate would have something to say about that. -
