I saw them open for the Strokes back in '01 or '02. Raw, raunchy, and hysterical. I'm still a little traumatized. You can look up some of their old films that they showed during their set--comedy bits. Blow Job and Butt Baby were especially hysterical!

I love the D, been smoking weed to their tunes for the past ten years or so and finally got to see em earlier this year. They tore it up! I went in thinking that as much as I loved them I could not imagine them being able to pull out a 2 hour show with much success but they sweated and strummed their fat asses off and we had a fuckin blast, right up your alley Cpt.
