But you can possess without a problem. Just like medical, you can't partake in public. Red Rocks has a no med marijuana policy. Venues will probably continue to restrict or seek to profit off it.

The lawmaking process for this whole this has become a giant cluster. Where it stands right now , without a red card, you can posses it but cant buy it. You cannot sell it but you can give to somebody. You can use it, but only at home or in a private establishment that grant you permission. They have breathalyzer limits for roadside tests, but I really dont understand them ... bureaucratic BS at its best, Ladies & Gentlemen!
Fortunately, meds have a delightfully magical quality to appear when ya need em.
