Bob Weir has confirmed some additional details about his performance and live broadcast from TRI Studios this Friday, May 13. In addition to a solo acoustic performance, Bob will be joined by former RatDog bassist Rob Wasserman, RatDog/Primus drummer Jay Lane, RatDog/Furthur keyboardist Jeff Chimenti, guitarist Steve Kimock, RatDog bassist Robin Sylvester and a four-piece Horn Section over the course of a two-set show. During his set break, Weir will also log onto both the TRI Studios Twitter and Facebook accounts and respond to viewers’ comments and questions about their first set viewing experience. The event goes live at www.tristudios.com this Friday 7pm PST.

I hope this is archived as I'll be at my high school reunion. Can't duck out as I'm part of a small group who put together a memorial statue for our departed classmates. Looks amazing though. I mean Bobby's thing, not the statue.

It'd be cool if we can watch it again for us east coasters, since its a little late for my mom to stay up with me and I'm sure others are in the same situation.... but I won't miss a note!

I imagine on friday night it will be on the main page of the website and not hard to find? .... hopefully theres no issues with the live stream.

Is the plan for him to charge for these shows eventually? .... I'll be buying everything no matter what - I'm just curious. ... hopefully though if we can't rewatch this one - we can rewatch the ones we buy.
