The fall tour goes offline on 1/14 and their stupid website doesn't work. I bought San Diego a few days ago and then yesterday I was trying to buy Las Vegas and it still doesn't work today. Do you want my $$$ or don't you?? Sheeesh!!

Ditto on customer service, had issues with one recording from 2012, sent me another with no prob. Good to know they stand by the product and the sound spectrum is just yummy
