Craigs list seems the way to go around here, but some landlords I know don't use the web, and leave a posting on board in coffee shops and such. Good luck with your move!

the customer service is absolutely terrible but the internet works great. i pay like 30 bucks a month and that's for their higher rate, they have 'em as low as like 10-15 a month.
