Still a lil sore I couldn't make it....but it really is for the best. I would have been driving in a blizzard out there and coming home.

Some late night jamming in Broomfield!

We ended up heading out at like 3pm yesterday to avoid heavier snow and ended up having no problems getting there. It was pretty slippery driving back though. I loved the rock art expo they had next door. Got to meet some great artists(and people) and got my fall red rocks posters signed by john warner; really friendly dude.

Anyone end up catching the wedding during the set break last night? I was walking back from the bathroom and ended up in the middle of the whole thing right as it started. I tried getting out of the way but everyone kept telling me to stick around. Im probably in like half of their wedding photos.

This weekend was my first time at 1st bank and good lord did I hate it there. Great sound, great shows, the worst staff I have ever had to deal with. I was actually assaulted by one of the "security guards" on friday night for doing nothing but being pushed by some girl(really, I did nothing). If any of you were slow on the way out you probably saw my flipping out at the staff and police. Really put a damper on the rest of the weekend. Of course if they keep playing there, Ill keep going back.

It was definitely not the trip I'd planned on, but was still fun. It's so wonderful to have caring FFF around to step in when folks cant get there or they get caught up with local distractions. As someone who doesn't particularly like solo travel, I couldn't have done it and still had such fun without you.Thanks and maybe I'll have to head east this summer for a change of pace and to meet some more FFF.
