Well Family, it's that time of year again, the time to head to the City of Saint Francis and see how the cards fall; that magical time, 3 days in which everything the other 362 days rule out, is possible: New Years Eve. So to commemorate the occasion, we have gotten together, New years Eve Shirt 2012/13:

Since the occasion in question is the beginning of the New Year in the Cosmos, we went with a Cosmic Charley theme; it is obvious on the back where the theme comes in, but on the front only the more Savvy inspectors will notice the main colors are Rosy Red and Electric Blue
Just as a note: the building upon which the kids are playing is the "San Francisco Civic Center" or as which know it, the BGCA. The pictured used is from 1925.
