Happy Winter Solstice!!

It's finally here, the shortest day of the year. at least for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere (enjoy your long day, IceCreamKid!). Time for the light to start returning now, and I for one am very, very happy about that, since sunset at 4 pm is not fun! So celebrate the Solstice and bring on the sunshine!!

Not a fan of winter, but I've always celebrated the return of the light. Happy Solstice!

We had our first measurable snow today to coinside with the solstice. Just a few inches but it still is nice. For now anyways.

Happy Winter everyone. No snow in NYC, though it is both chilly and windy. It also means that we r one day closer to the New Years shows!
