On Dec 28 we're catching the last performance of the season of the Nutcracker at the War Memorial Opera House, which is one block from the Civic aud. Our cheap seats cost only $20 ea and since I've always wanted to do this I think it will be a great prelude to a fun weekend. Please add any fun or interesting events in the Bay area happening around this time and into the new year.

If so, a trip to the Haight is mandatory!!! Golden Gate Park is always beautiful!!!! And of course a ride over the Golden Gate Bridge to Terrapin Crossroads and/or Sweetwater!!

A bunch of FFF are having brunch on the 29th at Terrapin....you should join!

We have reservations @ 12:30PM for brunch. We have a handful of extra seats! Arriving a little bit later won't be a big deal either if you are thinking of joining us!

A friend and I are staying at the Whitmore on Friday night. I know that she likes ballet, so if there are still tickets available, we may also go to see the Nutcracker. Sounds like a good plan. We are both also up for the Terrapin Crossroads brunch, on Saturday afternoon. Not to even mention the three shows. This weekend in the city by the bay is gonna b so much fun!

I might be interested in the brunch, I booked a hotel room in San Rafael for the 29th, in anticipation of something going on there.

Emily, in addition to adding me (for the Terrapin Crossroads brunch) add at least one more person, who is traveling with me. I also know two other people who live in the bay area who are also talking about going. That is not a 100 % comitment, but they both showed an interest. Lets see, that makes 2 definite and 2 more probable. Hopefully I am not making this to difficult for you to organize.
