Tis all done at our home. The biggest pain in the ass is attempting to put lights around a 40ft blue spruce in our yard with a 30ft pole!!!!

The colored lights are up and looking beautiful. I love the lights. We were driving in the fog the other night and saw an oak tree hung with these cool lights that run down like icicles, it looked like spanish moss done in lights, but moving and it looked so cool in the fog. This was in Berkeley. I think they have the coolest public holiday lights I've ever seen. The tree was in the middle of Shattick ave. Fourth St has a really cool display also, especially when it's wet out: the lights are those bright leds and when reflected in the wet pavement the effect is really psychedelic. Very Berkeley.

I'm really excited about going to the Revels next weekend. In keeping with the nautical theme following me around this year they are doing a celestial ship of fools theme. The program looks lovely, as always:
