Assembly Bill 2020 - DUI Blood Test Law
Drivers suspected of driving under the influence of DRUGS can no longer choose a urine test to determine drug content.
The new DUI law requires a blood test in order for law enforcement and prosecutors to identify, arrest and convict drugged drivers. If a blood test is unavailable, the driver is deemed to have given consent to a urine test for drugs. New law now in effect.(“I don’t suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.” ) -
