Some people go all out, but I'm only making a turkey, some sweet potatoes and a couple of veggies.

I cook for the leftovers. I can only way so much at once.

My very favorite is a baked mashed sweet potato casserole sweetened with orange juice and with a crunchy topping made with pecans. Yummerific!
