It's less than a week until Turkey day!! What's everyone's favorite part of the Thanksgiving feast? Aside from the after-dinner nap and the football, of course. I'm pretty fond of basic mashed potatoes with good gravy, but one of my family's traditions was wild rice with mushrooms and onions, sauteed in a ton of butter. We'd fight over the seconds for that. I've also got a piece of pecan pie with my name on it that I can't wait to get to next week.

So, what's yummy on your menu?

the only thing i do not get down with on thanksgiving is the cranberry sauce and yams.

Mmmmm my mom's homemade stuffing!!! Can't wait!!!

All the traditional stuff is awesome, but a new thing my lady had been making for us the last few years is pumpkin cheesecake. Mmmmmmmm.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday right behind the 4th of July.

Everybody cringes when I serve it, but they all ask for the recipe after they taste it: creamed onions, YUM.
