Hi Everyone, I have a quick question. I ordered tickets for the Sunday Phil and Friends show from the Terrapin Crossroads website. I never received the tickets in the mail, and no one has responded to my e-mails. Has anyone else had this experience? Any suggestions? I have my receipt, which I forwarded to the store as well without any response. Thanks!

you'll never get in touch with anybody there. it's impossible. i didn't even know terrapin crossroads sold tickets to the port chester shows. i thought they were exclusively on ticketfly.com, but then again, i never really looked into it that deep. good luck. worst case scenario, i'd call up the restaurant right before dinner time, TOMORROW, FRIDAY, NIGHT. make sure you choose to be directed over to the restaurant as if you were calling for reservations. from there, politely ask to speak with michael, if he's available, he might not be there. otherwise, anybody in charge of ticketing, and let them know it's an urgent matter.who else is gonna bring you, a broken arrow? -
