To insert the photo in the thread like this one you must click on that orange box where the purple arrow is before adding the attachment. Otherwise the photo will still be in the post but just as an attachment. Play around with it til you get the hang of it.

And if you're posting from Photobucket, click the red "image" icon, then in the url box ABOVE the Message section, paste the direct link and hit submit.

Once the photo is in Photobucket you could just grab/copy the image code and paste it into your message...

It'll look like this but replace the ()'s with []'s
(img)image link(/img)
