I think the uproar was caused by the fact that this was a NYC COP. A few minor points here. How a NYC cop could think that he could cook up a few hundred people and that no one would notice, is beyond the beyond (Does the NYPD have a mental health department). I know that the blue wall is strong, but really. One other minor point. If it was a NYC Deadhead as appose to a NYC Copper, would FFF members be more understanding?

The stress doesn't cause all New Yorkers or their police to turn to cannobalism, just him.

I would guess that canibalcopper's mom was probably a vegetarian and he was not at all happy with the meals he was served at home. The carnivorous approach to dieting is strong, specially among stressed out nyc heat. I am not a psychiatrist, so this is just a hunch. I am carvivorous myself, though chicken and burgers are more my cup of tea. Just the thought of having mokey brains turns my stomach. I mean like Yucky!
