Got my New Year's tickets delivered today from Frontgate

Well BRAVO frontgate!!! I got home from a shitty day at work to find my UPS packages on my front door!! That is THE fastest delivery by far from them!

In addition this fall they gave me a killer seat in Shoreline and San Diego ... I'm really starting to like them!

One minor complaint about Frontgate and I think I brought this up in another post, but still can't figure out why they choose to send tickets ups 2nd day which adds $12 to the order. When I inquired with them they said that's how the promoter chooses to send out tickets. It brings the total cost of the order to almost the same as ticketmaster. Not a huge deal, but why not send out regular mail like ticketmaster?

Well, just got home and it my tickets came today. It's always a nice day when you get some tickets. Hope you have a better night mark.

As much as I don't like to sound like I'm defending any corporate entity, I do understand the 2 day vs 5 to 7 day delivery time. Much easier to track down misdirected shipments sooner rather than later.

Just got my NYE tix of today too
