Hope this helps. I usually wait for seats to get cheaper, but went ahead and bought ours. I was a little concerned that they might not drop much, or may continue to get more expensive because it's a holiday

Keep at it. Be diligent and persistent and you'll get something that works. Since it is a holiday (NYE) I wouldn't suggest waiting too much longer, as prices have been and most likely will continue to rise.
